SRINIVAS LANKA is a highly experienced professional with over 30 years of experience as a chemist, cost accountant, and MBA from IIM Ahmedabad, India. He has held CEO/VC/Director on Board positions and has contributed to over 100 mergers and acquisitions, bought over 25 entities globally, and successfully integrated them. His leadership has led to the filing of hundreds of ANDAs, dossiers, and patents.
Srinivas Lanka is an advisor to Pharmexcil and a mentor for IICT, NIPERs, industrialists, and startups in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and health technologies. He has been instrumental in championing the roadmap for self-reliance in the pharmaceutical industry and serves on various committees of the Department of Pharmaceuticals and other government bodies. He is passionate about making healthcare affordable and accessible to everyone.
Dr. Adikesava Sastry Regulagedda
Dr. ADIKESAVA SASTRY REGULAGEDDA is a Senior Consultant, Associate Dean and Professor with over 36 years of expertise in the field of Surgical Gastroenterology. He has worked at the Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) and was the founder of the Department of Surgical Gastroenterology at Nizam’s Institute of Medical Sciences.
Dr. Regulagedda is a renowned expert in his field and has been honored as one of the 25 “Living legends in the field of Surgical Gastroenterology in India” by the Indian Association of Surgical Gastroenterology. He has also published 62 original scientific papers in journals and contributed chapters to 8 textbook editions, in addition to delivering eight prestigious National Orations.
Dr. Regulagedda has been awarded the Institute medal for excellence in M.S. Surgery and has undergone higher training in Laparoscopy while working in the healthcare industry. He possesses strong consulting skills in clinical research, hospitals, healthcare, and GI surgery.
Kimberly A. Guedes
KIMBERLY A. GUEDES is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in clinical development and operations, with expertise in strategy risk management from pre-clinical through NDA submission and lifecycle management.
She has held various leadership roles with organizations such as KeifeRx, where she served as Vice President, Clinical Operations and has also worked as a Vice President, Executive Director, and Senior Director for Global Clinical Operations and Portfolio Management, and Medical Affairs.
Kimberly is skilled in global clinical operations, end-to-end clinical development process strategy, program and portfolio management, start-up biotech, talent development, risk management, CRO management, FDA, GCP, ICH, KOL relationship development, vendor management, and business development. She is known for driving enterprise data-driven strategy and execution by collaborating with partners within pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
Kimberly started her career as a registered nurse at Yale New Haven Hospital/Medical School and has since built a strong network of professional colleagues. She is currently the founder/CEO of GLIAL Life Sciences, Connecticut, United States, and is recognized as a global leader in clinical development and operations.
Kim is part of the Alzheimer’s Executive Leadership Committee for the Ride to End Alz. Kim received her MBA from The University of Dayton, OH, and her BS in Nursing from Salve Regina University. Kim was also awarded the Carolyn E. Green Scholarship dedicated to leadership opportunities for women in the life sciences industry.
Dr. J. A. R. P. Sarma
Dr. J. A. R. P. SARMA is a highly experienced research scientist with 41 years of expertise in Crystallography, drug Design, Organic Synthesis, Solid state Chemistry, and Molecular modeling. He holds an M.Sc. and a Ph.D. in Chemistry, as well as a Post-doc. He has served as Head of IICT, Senior Vice President & Head of GVK Biosciences, COO of Actimus Biosciences Pvt Ltd, and President of Sapala Organics and Sapala Lifesciences.
Dr. Sarma has integrated more than 250 big pharma and biotech global companies as part of a CRO organization. He has published over 100 research papers in international peer-reviewed journals, as well as a few patents. He has also supervised 15 scientists for their Ph.D.
Dr. Sarma is an expert in all types of analytical services and has made significant contributions to the fields of Crystallography, drug design, and molecular modeling.
Dr. Javed Iqbal
Dr.JAVED IQBAL is a highly experienced chemist and academic. He has around 25 years of experience with Dr. Reddy’s Research Foundation, where he held several leadership positions, including Head of Chemistry at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories in Andhra Pradesh and Director of the Dr. Reddy’s Institute of Life Sciences. He also served as a professor at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur and as the Head of Discovery Chemistry and Organic Chemistry at the National Institute for Interdisciplinary Science and Technology (NIIST) and a CSIR laboratory.
Dr. Iqbal completed his research fellowship in organic synthesis at the University of Oxford. Throughout his career, he has made significant contributions to the fields of chemistry and life sciences. As Director of the Institute of Life Sciences in Hyderabad, he continues to pursue cutting-edge science at the interface of these two fields.
Dr. Santanu Munshi
Dr. SANTANU MUNSHI is a highly experienced clinician and researcher in the field of pharmacology. He is currently serving as the Professor and Head of Clinical and Experimental Pharmacology at the School of Tropical Medicine in Kolkata, India. With over 27 years of experience in clinical practice, academics, clinical research, and pharmacovigilance, he has made significant contributions to the field.
Dr. Munshi is an expert in clinical trials and has completed various projects sponsored by ICMR and other state organizations. He has also served as an ICH-GCP trainer and Chairman of Ethics committee members. Prior to his current position, he worked at Ruby General Hospital and Calcutta National Medical College, Kolkata.
Overall, Dr. Munshi’s work has helped advance the understanding and treatment of diseases through pharmacological interventions, particularly in the tropical medicine field.
Dr. Chinmoy Kumar Bose
Dr. CHINMOY KUMAR BOSE is a highly accomplished medical professional with a vast range of experience and expertise. He currently serves as a Member of the Subject Expert Committee (SEC) for the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. He has participated in over 60 research projects and has 70 publications to his credit, with the majority being as the first author, including one published in the prestigious journal Nature.
Dr. Bose is a Consultant and DNB examiner in the Department of Gynaecological Oncology and serves as the Head of Clinical Trials at the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Cancer Research Institute. He has been inspected by regulatory bodies such as the CDSCO and FDA multiple times.
In addition to his extensive professional career, Dr. Bose has also served as the President of the Family Planning Association of India (FPAI) Kolkata Branch, an international NGO and founder member of IPPF, UK. He is a member of several professional organizations including the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), American Association of Cancer Research (AACR), Bengal Obstetrics and Gynaecological Society (BOGS), Federation of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists of India (FOGSI), International Society of Fertility Preservation (ISFP), and Ethics Committee at the Cancer Centre Welfare Home and Research Institute, Thakurpukur, Kolkata.
M.Santha Raju
M. SANTHA RAJU is a retired District Judge with around 29 years of experience. During his service, he dealt with many trials correlating to civil, criminal, and other matters corresponding with numerous other official Acts. He practiced as an Advocate in Vishakhapatnam. He joined the Andhra Pradesh Judicial Service as Junior Civil Judge in the year 1989 and also worked as Senior Civil Judge and District Judge in various areas of united Andhra Pradesh. Finally, he retired in 2017 after serving as the District Judge for Sangareddy, Telangana.
After retirement, he began acting as an Arbitrator for several companies, including the Dredging Corporation of India, in Vishakhapatnam (Government Undertaking Company), as well as the Sri Ram Finance Company.
Dr. Amol Deo Chavhan
Dr. AMOL DEO CHAVHAN is a highly experienced legal scholar and educator with a Ph.D. in Law and an LL.M. degree. He has taught law at various institutions and is currently working as an Associate Professor of Law at National Law University and Judicial Academy Assam.
Dr. Chavhan is also a research guide in law and has published more than 20 research papers on different topics of law in national and international journals. He has introduced various certificate courses on Artificial Intelligence and Law, Air and Space Law, Medical Jurisprudence & Forensic Science, among others.
With his extensive knowledge and expertise, Dr. Chavhan is committed to helping students and scholars understand the nuances of law and its practical applications in various domains.
